This study explores the factors driving customer loyalty in the mobile phone carrier industry in India. This is a cross-sectional study of Indian users of mobile carrier services. The study has been prepared based on constructs like demography, satisfaction, trust, commitment, switching costs and corporate image on behavioural and attitudinal loyalty. The customer’s responses are analysed statistically using SPSS, ANOVA etc.
