The role of agile human resource management in enhancing organizational excellence: An analytical study of the opinions of a sample of employees in Iraqi telecommunications companies

Abstract:

The research aims to know the role of agile human resources in enhancing organizational excellence in Iraqi telecommunications companies (Zain, Asiacell, Korek), and the study raised a question, what is the role of agile human resources in enhancing organizational excellence, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the research dealt with the opinions of a sample of individuals working in Iraqi telecommunications companies, and the data was collected using the questionnaire as a basic tool, where (372) questionnaires were applied to the workers, and the research reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a correlation between agile human resources and organizational excellence, as well as agile human resources positively affect organizational excellence. In addition, the research presented many recommendations.
