Abstract:

This study examines the impact of logistic skill competency training on productivity and economic development. Logistics plays a key role in efficiently moving goods, services, and information in supply chains. However, the lack of qualified logistics specialists is recognized as a major challenge in many economies. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of logistic skills training on productivity levels and economic development indicators. The research methodology includes a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data is collected through surveys and case studies with logistics professionals, employers, and stakeholders in the logistics sector. The study assesses the knowledge, skills, and competencies required for effective logistics management and analyzes the impact of training interventions on productivity levels. The study hypothesizes that logistics skills training would have a positive impact on organizational productivity, leading to better supply chain management, reduced costs, greater operational efficiencies, and increased customer satisfaction. Additionally, the study examines the potential economic benefits of increased productivity in the logistics sector, such as job creation, increased trade facilitation, and overall economic growth. The results of this study will contribute to the existing literature on logistic skills development and its impact on productivity and economic development, highlighting the importance of investing in logistics education to boost economic growth and competitiveness.
