The success of implementing planned projects on time depends largely and fundamentally on the efficiency of their management, because leadership here represents an effective and important element for managing project resources to create a successful project capable of adapting to emergency variables that may hinder or delay the project. From this standpoint, the current study aims to determine the role of pioneering leadership in its dimensions (proactivity, creativity, and risk tolerance) in reducing project completion time through (advance planning, implementation planning, and final start-up). The research was applied to a sample of (30) individuals distributed over a group of construction projects at several administrative levels (senior, middle, and executive leadership). The research used a questionnaire as a main method to collect data. The data were processed statistically using the (SPSS V.26) program. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that there is a strong correlation between entrepreneurial leadership and reducing project completion time. The research concluded with a set of recommendations, including the necessity of working to develop the capabilities of the staff to adopt the entrepreneurial culture.
