This paper aims at examining role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for business development and productivity. Thus, the implementation of such advanced technologies as machine learning, NLP, and RPA has led to numerous positive changes in the sphere of business performance indicators. The research compares the results of definite business questionnaire survey of the AI adopters and non-adopters in response to the organizational impact including the changes in the revenue growth rate, cost reduction, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Researchers also found the AI-adopting businesses had on average higher revenues by 15%, costs reduced by 20%, productivity by 25% and customer satisfaction by 30% as opposed to the non-adopting businesses. These conclusions can be supported by literatures and prove that AI can contribute to large economic benefits and increase of operational effectiveness. However, the study also reveals some of the barriers including data privacy, cybersecurity, and investments in technology and skilled people. The chosen methodology of validation through the experts and pilot project results assures the reliability and solidity of the conclusion. Thus, this research serves as a tool for providing specific recommendations for B2B businesses willing to adopt AI upon identifying the set of advantages and areas where belonging to the AI framework can be helpful and finding out the key impacts that can appear during this process.
