Artificial intelligence and e-recruitment is revolutionizing scientific workforce planning by enhancing the precision, timeliness, and efficacy of talent acquisition choices. This research examines the integration of AI-driven recruiting technology, such as intelligent catboats, predictive analytics, and automated resume screening, into HR systems to enhance alignment with business objectives. These technological advancements significantly improve recruiting bias, labor demand predictions, and the hiring process.
