E-compensation, or electronic compensation, refers to the use of technology, particularly web-based systems, to manage and administer compensation programs within an organisation. E-performance is a modern approach to evaluating employee performance using various software tools. It involves assessing employee performance through digital means, utilizing technology to monitor, measure, and evaluate their contributions within the organization. In transformational leadership, vision and goal of the organization is shared, necessary resources are provided, intellectual stimulations are promoted, high performance is expected and all this brings a change in employee. The study explores the impact of “e-performance management and e-compensation systems” on employee performance in the banking and hospitality sectors. By analysing data from these sectors, the study aims to determine the effectiveness of “e-performance management tools” and “e-compensation platforms” in aligning employee objectives with organizational goals. The findings provide insights into the correlation between technological adoption and enhanced employee outcomes, offering recommendations for industry stakeholders on leveraging digital systems for improved workforce performance and competitiveness. Study survey was conducted to know different role of “e-performance management and e-compensation” in Banking and Hospitality Sector and the impact of “e-performance management and e-compensation” on employee performance. The study concludes that there is significant impact of “e-performance management and e-compensation” on employee performance.
