The study aimed to clarify the role of strategic partnerships in enhancing entrepreneurship within Iraqi private universities. The study field consisted of selected Iraqi private universities, chosen due to their relevance to the study's subject and variables. Seven universities were selected as the study population: Al-Turath University, Al-Israa University, Al-Farahidi University, Uruk University, Ashur University, Al-Mashriq University, and Al-Rafidain University College. The research sample comprised administrators working in these universities (deans, assistants, department heads, and branch heads), totalling 410 individuals. To achieve a suitable response rate, the researcher distributed 250 questionnaires, covering the minimum required sample size. Of these, 215 questionnaires were retrieved, with 3 excluded due to incomplete data. Consequently, 212 questionnaires were valid for analysis, representing 84.8% of the distributed questionnaires. The analysis was conducted using the SPSS statistical software. The study reached several conclusions, the most significant being that strategic partnerships are central to creating environments that encourage productive interaction. Collaboration among universities enables the exchange of knowledge and modern technologies, better-preparing university leadership to address challenges and seize opportunities, thus enhancing their financial and intellectual standing. This, in turn, fosters development and innovation within these universities, contributing to their distinction and sustainability. Therefore, the presence of strategic partnerships among administrative leadership in the studied private universities enhances the availability of entrepreneurship within them.
