The research examines networked manufacturing capabilities for accelerating the supply chain operations at the General Company for Communication and Power Equipment / Al-Kindi Factory. The research examines networked manufacturing support capabilities for accelerated supply chains because these accelerated chains represent an essential business element whose improved efficiency and reduced costs lead to organizational success.
The study analyzed results using a descriptive-analytical method and utilized a questionnaire as its fundamental data collection instrument to execute the research practicably. The study received valid responses from 90 employees who work at the General Company for Communication and Power Equipment / Al-Kindi Factory.
Research data analysis combined with hypothesis testing was performed using statistical software SPSS V26. Research data demonstrates that the implementation of networked manufacturing systems creates various operational benefits with associated cost reductions. These supply chain systems will maintain and improve their efficiency through technological progress which will lead to better support for dynamic working conditions.
This research also provides guidance by recommending that managers and staff members must understand the value of networked manufacturing together with its various aspects and methods to handle obstacles.
