The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed various industries, including Human Resource Management (HRM). AI-driven technologies are reshaping HR functions by automating repetitive tasks, analyzing vast amounts of data, and providing actionable insights that enhance strategic decision-making. This research paper explores the impact of AI on three key areas of HRM: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development.
In Talent Acquisition, AI streamlines the recruitment process through automated resume screening, predictive analytics, and chatbots that improve candidate engagement. In Employee Relations, AI fosters a positive work environment by monitoring employee sentiment, predicting attrition, and resolving conflicts proactively. Additionally, AI is revolutionizing Learning & Development by offering personalized training programs, real-time feedback mechanisms, and adaptive learning platforms that enhance employee skills and performance.
While AI presents significant opportunities for efficiency and workforce development, its adoption also poses challenges such as data privacy concerns, ethical considerations, and potential biases in decision-making. This study critically examines these aspects to contribute to the growing international literature on AI in HRM and provide insights for organizations seeking to build a future-ready workforce.
