Abstract:

There are both advantages and ethical problems associated with the growing use of AI in hiring managers as well as employment. This study investigates how the use of AI-driven hiring tools is affected by ethical concerns like bias, equity, and transparency. Crucially, it looks into how this link is moderated by green HRM practices, which show the dedication of a company to environmental sustainability. The study examines how businesses with strong green HRM programs handle ethical issues around AI in hiring, which could result in more ethical and long-term talent acquisition tactics. The study explores whether organizations with robust green HRM practices are more likely to prioritize ethical considerations in their AI-driven recruitment strategies. It is an intensive research uses participant observation method to collect the data. The research design used in this research study is convenience sampling.
