Author(s):

Jhuma Das and Shefali Nandan

Abstract:

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of intrapreneurial behavior research to identify key trends, influential authors, highly cited documents, and emerging themes. Following the PRISMA framework, a systematic search was conducted across Web of Science, yielding a total of 384 articles published between 2008 and 2023. The analysis employed various bibliometric tools, including citation analysis, three-field plot analysis, co-word analysis, thematic mapping, and world collaboration mapping, to offer a detailed visualization of the intellectual structure of the field. Additionally, most cited countries were identified to understand global research contributions.
This study provides valuable insights for researchers and practitioners by presenting a systematic overview of the existing literature and suggesting potential areas for future exploration. The findings can guide scholars in developing targeted research frameworks and enhancing the understanding of intrapreneurial behavior within various organizational contexts.
