This study explores customer sentiment towards Apple iPhones in Coimbatore City, analysing preferences, satisfaction levels, and key factors influencing consumer choices. The research utilizes primary data collected from structured questionnaires and applies various statistical tools such as percentage analysis, weighted averages, rank analysis, chi-square tests, regression analysis, and reliability testing to derive meaningful insights. The findings highlight brand loyalty, camera quality, and ecosystem integration as critical drivers of customer satisfaction, while concerns include pricing, gaming performance, and wireless charging efficiency.
