The present study investigates consumer satisfaction with Royal Enfield motorcycles in Coimbatore, a city known for its dynamic youth population and strong biking culture. As Royal Enfield continues to dominate the mid-size motorcycle segment in India, understanding customer perceptions and experiences becomes essential for sustaining its market position. The research focuses on key factors such as engine performance, comfort, fuel efficiency, pricing, maintenance costs, availability of spare parts, and after-sales service. A sample of 150 Royal Enfield owners was surveyed using structured questionnaires, and data was analyzed using statistical tools including simple averages and chi-square tests.
