This research aims to analyze the recruitment and selection processes at Rivvot Technologies, Coimbatore, with the objective of evaluating their effectiveness and identifying potential areas for improvement. The study uses both primary and secondary data and applies statistical tools such as chi-square tests, correlation, and ANOVA to analyze the perceptions of 150 employees regarding recruitment procedures. The findings reveal that while the company maintains an efficient recruitment framework, several challenges persist, such as competency gaps, job analysis issues, and the cost of hiring. The study concludes with recommendations for refining selection policies to enhance organizational performance.
