The paper presents a novel multi-dimensional framework for understanding AI integration in finance, encompassing technological, institutional, and strategic dimensions. Key findings reveal that while AI offers unprecedented opportunities for efficiency gains, risk management improvements, and financial inclusion, it also presents significant challenges including algorithmic bias, regulatory complexity, and systemic risks. The research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on financial technology by providing a structured conceptual framework that can guide future empirical research and policy development. The implications extend beyond academic discourse, offering practical insights for financial institutions, regulators, and technology developers navigating the AI-driven transformation of financial systems.
