Abstract:

This study analyzes how digital HR practices change the performance of automotive companies in Maharashtra. In a mixed study, we gather primary data with surveys and interviews, and secondary data comes from industry reports and scholarly sources. Results prove that using predictive analytics, cloud solutions, and AI in HR makes workforce management, employee work life, and recruiting more efficient. Yet, the process is delayed due to concerns about funding, emissions, technology safety, and employees’ reservations. The article shows a need for more studies to look at lasting results, how HR digitization is spreading across the regions, and what government actions affect its use. The study recommends closing these gaps by improving staff training, funding analytics related to artificial intelligence, increasing cybersecurity, and fostering teamwork between the public and private sides. Research reveals that using technology for HR or HR digitalization has a positive impact on the productivity of an organization. The findings demonstrate that a strong strategy for managing changes and fast adoption of digital HR ideas are required for a company to thrive in the long term. Based on these findings, the plans for HR digitalization in Maharashtra’s automotive industry are formed for HR experts, legislators, and business executives to use.
