Abstract:

This study investigates the impact of talent acquisition practices on employee retention within hospitals in Nashik. The healthcare sector faces unique challenges in attracting and retaining skilled professionals, directly impacting service quality and organizational stability. This research employs a quantitative, descriptive approach, utilizing primary data collected through a survey of 110 respondents, comprising both Human Resources (HR) personnel and general employees from various types of hospitals across Nashik. The study aims to identify the specific talent acquisition strategies that most effectively contribute to higher employee retention rates. Through statistical analysis, this paper seeks to provide actionable insights for hospital management to optimize their talent acquisition processes, thereby fostering a more stable and engaged workforce.
