Within the changing digital economy, small businesses encounter several challenges like limited capital, low technical skills, and high competitiveness. On the other hand, the increasing need for sustainability compels companies to pursue green and efficient practices. This research investigates how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can empower small businesses to adopt effective and sustainable marketing strategies.AI offers techniques that allow companies to automate marketing functions, understand consumer patterns, and customize customer interactions. These techniques streamline marketing waste, efficiency, and customer interaction. The study targets small-scale businesses in Coimbatore through a mixed-method research process using surveys and statistical methods such as Percentage analysis and descriptive statistics. The findings identify that companies actively employing AI experience enhanced customer satisfaction, increased growth, and enhanced market flexibility. Younger business owners and online entrepreneurs indicate higher AI adoption, while hindrances such as cost and unfamiliarity continue. The research suggests easy, affordable AI models for marketing and emphasizes training and financial support. Overall, this study opines that the adoption of AI in marketing not only enhances business results but also supports sustainability. It stresses that if proper approaches are adopted, AI can emerge as a compelling driver of small-scale companies' long-term success.
