This research paper focuses on how R.R. Plast Extrusions Pvt. Ltd., Asangaon maintains employee sustainability within the organization. Employee sustainability means keeping employee happy, motivated, and loyal so that they continue to work in the company for a long time. When employees feel satisfied, respected and valued, they perform better and help the company grow.
The study was conducted through a survey of 100 employees from different departments and short discussion with their managers. Discussions were also held with a few managers to understand their opinions on employee satisfaction and motivation.
The main purpose of the study is to understand how the company looks after its employees and what factors make them stay. The findings of the study show that regular proper training, a supportive work culture, fair salary, and a clean and safe working environment play a big role in keeping employees satisfied and continue to work at R.R. Plast. The paper also gives some useful suggestions to help improve employee motivation, satisfaction and reduce the number of people leaving the company.
