Author(s):

TK Sivaramakrishnan

Abstract:

In today's fast-growing industrial environment, organisations invest heavily in employee training and development programs to improve their skills and performance. However, the effectiveness of these trainings depends on the transfer of training, which refers to the extent to which employees apply their knowledge and skills learned in training to their job. This research paper explores the training transfer and its impact on employee transformation. This paper examines the factors that influence training transfer, including individual, organisational factors, and strategies to enhance the transfer of training. By unlocking the potential of training transfer, organisations can transform their employees, improve job performance, and achieve business goals in a stipulated time.
